The cabinet that held the refrigerator was extremely dusty, the refrigerator had spilled juice in it. The room was old and musty, the A/C unit was antiquated and barely working, the shower was spraying all over the place, the carpet was stained and dirty, and the towels had stains on them. When I called the front desk to inquire why I didn't have an Oceanview she was rude and I was told the Oceanview room that I paid for and confirmed was already sold out. When I got to the room it was not an Ocean view but instead, it was a view of the bay. I booked a Havana Ocean View Executive Room/King/Non-Smoking. This hotel was horrible from check-in to check-out. Tropicana AC must be giving people incentives to leave 5-star reviews on here and YOUTUBE because this hotel is disgusting.
